Data Scientist Junior

Role Description: The consultant will analyse product, pricing, sales, and market data to identify competitiveness gaps, price sensitivity, and opportunities for improvement. They will develop and validate models, monitor data quality and performance, investigate price changes, and translate findings into actionable business insights.The role includes onboarding new countries by validating local data, configuring analytical outputs, and resolving implementation issues. The consultant will collaborate with data, technology, and business teams, participate in stakeholder meetings, present findings, gather feedback, support testing, and document solutions for knowledge transfer. Qualifications:Familiarity with proactive price monitoring, anomaly detection, alerts, and identifying market or competitor price changes.Knowledge of machine learning and similarity methods for comparing products or market offerings.Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in data preparation, modelling, validation, and automation.
