Location: RemoteContract Type: B2B ContractStart Date: ASAP About the RoleWe are seeking a hands-on Data Scientist with a strong background in Machine Learning, AI solutions, and automation to support the development and scaling of AI governance capabilities. This role combines technical data science expertise with governance, monitoring, and automation initiatives, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across data, AI, and operational processes.You will play a key role in evaluating AI models, building AI governance frameworks, developing operational dashboards, and implementing intelligent automation solutions that enhance efficiency and scalability. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct AI/ML model evaluations and performance assessments, ensuring models meet business and governance requirements.Build, maintain, and enhance an AI Catalogue, including integration with complex and diverse data sources.Design and develop dashboards, reporting solutions, and monitoring frameworks to support governance and operational oversight.Create automated workflows, intelligent agents, and triage processes to streamline and scale governance activities.Collaborate with stakeholders across technical and business teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvements.Support the implementation and adoption of AI governance best practices.Analyze data to generate insights and recommendations for model optimization and operational efficiency. Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or related role.Strong background in Machine Learning, Data Science, and AI technologies.Experience evaluating and monitoring ML models in production environments.Proficiency in Python and common data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).Experience building data pipelines and integrating data from multiple complex sources.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.Familiarity with automation platforms and workflow orchestration tools.Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with distributed teams. Nice to HaveExperience with AI governance frameworks and responsible AI practices.Hands-on experience with agent-based solutions, AI agents, or autonomous workflows.Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI platform ecosystems.Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.Knowledge of MLOps principles and tools.
