About the RoleWe are looking for a talented and passionate Frontend Engineer to join our team and help build immersive, high-performance 3D experiences for the web. You will work closely with designers, product teams, and fellow engineers to create interactive applications that combine modern frontend technologies with cutting-edge 3D graphics.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys pushing the boundaries of web experiences and has hands-on expertise in React, Three.js, and modern 3D development frameworks.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain interactive 3D web applications using React and TypeScript.Build rich, real-time 3D experiences leveraging Three.js, React Three Fiber, and Drei.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to transform creative concepts into engaging web experiences.Optimize rendering performance, asset loading, and overall application responsiveness across devices and browsers.Develop animations, visual effects, and interactive user experiences within 3D environments.Manage and integrate 3D assets, models, textures, and shaders.Identify and resolve technical challenges related to rendering, memory usage, and application performance.Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and best practice initiatives.Required Skills & ExperienceTechnical RequirementsStrong experience with React and TypeScript.Solid hands-on experience with Three.js.Proven experience using React Three Fiber (R3F) and Drei.Experience building and deploying interactive 3D web applications.Deep understanding of:3D rendering principlesPerformance optimization techniquesAnimation systemsAsset loading and managementWebGL-based applicationsStrong knowledge of modern frontend development practices and tooling.Experience working with responsive and cross-browser web applications.Preferred QualificationsExperience with custom shaders (GLSL).Familiarity with WebGL, Babylon.js, or other 3D frameworks.Knowledge of 3D modelling workflows and formats such as GLTF/GLB.Experience with state management libraries such as Zustand or Redux.Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.Familiarity with cloud deployment and frontend performance monitoring.What We're Looking ForStrong problem-solving and debugging skills.Ability to balance visual quality with application performance.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Passion for creating innovative, interactive digital experiences.Self-starter who can work independently and contribute to a fast-paced team environment.
