Delivery Lead – Data 42 Agentic Solutions We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of agentic products within Biomedical Research (BR) Digital & Data. This is an exciting opportunity for a delivery-focused professional who combines strong execution skills with a product mindset and enjoys working at the intersection of Data, AI, and Biomedical Research. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end delivery execution for one or more agentic productsDrive planning, execution, delivery coordination and risk managementPartner closely with Product Managers to align delivery with product priorities and roadmapsCoordinate across Engineering, Business Analysis, Quality Engineering and Platform teamsSupport successful and high-quality product releasesDevelop a strong understanding of product domains, user needs and scientific objectivesTrack delivery progress, dependencies and issuesEnsure risks, blockers and delivery concerns are communicated and resolved promptlyManage competing priorities while maintaining focus on delivery outcomes Must-Have Experience3+ years of experience delivering end-user, data-driven applicationsProven experience coordinating cross-functional teamsStrong experience working in an Agile product delivery environmentExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong delivery execution and project coordination capabilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills Nice to HaveExperience delivering GenAI, AI or agentic productsExperience in pharmaceutical, biotech or life sciencesKnowledge of clinical trials, Real-World Data (RWD) or biomedical dataUnderstanding of modern Data & AI product development practicesExperience working closely with Product Managers, Engineers and Quality teams Apply Now!
