Electrical System Engineer

We at WeQuel are now looking for an Electrical System Engineer in Finspång, where you will become an important part of the Low Voltage team within Electrical Systems – one of four construction teams that, together with the project lead engineer team, deliver complete electrical solutions for customer projects. The team consists of around 20 colleagues located in Sweden, India, Austria and the US. You will have a broad range of interfaces and work closely with assembly, site, subcontractors, purchasing and the project team, with a focus on customer-specific electrical design and documentation for low voltage equipment within the Medium Gas Turbine segment.

Electrical design and documentation for customer-specific gas turbine projectsDesign and documentation of low voltage systems and equipment, such as start motors, batteries, frequency converters, UPS systems and switchgearTechnical support to assembly and site throughout project executionCollaboration with assembly, site, subcontractors, purchasing and the project teamClose cooperation with suppliers and internal stakeholdersWorkshop attendance to support projects through complete assemblyEnsuring customer requirements are met in design, cost and timeBuilding strong partnerships across interfaces to secure smooth order execution

Several years of experience within electrical engineeringRelevant education within electrical engineeringFluent English, spoken and written; Swedish is meritoriousExperience with COMOS is advantageous; experience with SAP is also usefulExperience with electrical engineering and power system analysis tools, such as ETAP, is an advantageKnowledge and practical experience with UPS or battery systems is an advantageExperience with SINAMICS drive systems and SIMATIC STARTER, particularly in configuration, commissioning and troubleshooting, is an advantagePrevious experience with the customer's product line and other power generation products is valuedTeam player who values collaboration, diversity and a strong working environmentStrong focus on safety, quality and customer satisfaction, with the ability to deliver on time to the highest standard
