We are looking for a motivated Engineer, Electrode Development to join our growing team and contribute to the development of next-generation battery technology. In this role, you will work hands-on with electrode slurry formulation, coating process development, and experimental testing to improve electrode performance and manufacturability.

Responsibilities
As an Engineer in our Electrode Development team, you will play a key role in developing and optimizing electrode manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities will include:
Designing and executing experiments related to slurry mixing, coating, drying, and calendaring processes.Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting experimental data to support process and performance improvements.Evaluating electrode performance and identifying opportunities for optimization.Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting laboratory equipment used in electrode fabrication.Documenting experimental work and preparing technical reports, test summaries, and process documentation.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the development of scalable battery manufacturing solutions.
About You
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field.Academic project, thesis, internship, or professional experience related to lithium-ion batteries, electrode development, or advanced materials.Understanding of electrode materials, battery technologies, and manufacturing processes.Experience working with laboratory experiments, data collection, and technical reporting.Strong interest in battery technology and the energy transition.
Technical Skills
Experience working with laboratory-scale equipment such as mixers, coaters, dryers, or calenders.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Ability to perform data analysis and interpret experimental results.Comfortable reading and understanding technical documentation in English.
