Lyten Labs is seeking an experienced Logistics Specialist to drive process improvement and optimization of our logistics. As a Logistics Specialist you are responsible for improving operational efficiency by developing, implementing, and optimizing processes, procedures, and policies. It analyses data, conducts process audits, and monitors performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and ensure compliance with regulations. The position works closely with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate information and coordinate process changes. It also supports successful implementation by communicating updates and training employees on new or revised processes.
Key Responsibilities
Developing and implementing processes, procedures, or methods to improve efficiency and productivity in a specific area. Ensuring that all regulations are followed and reporting any violations to management. Conducting audits of current processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Developing or modifying policies, procedures, and protocols for new or existing programs. Training staff on new or updated processes to ensure effective implementation. Analysing data to identify trends or suggest improvements to processes. Coordinating with other departments to ensure that information is accurate and up to date. Communicating process changes to all affected parties such as customers, suppliers, vendors, employees, etc. Assist in operational work when needed
Qualifications and Experience
3 years’ experience in process improvement or related field Excellent written and verbal communications skills Forklift license Class B driver’s license Industrial background working with dangerous goods

Highly skilled in process improvements and standardization Strong stakeholder management Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience conducting audits, identifying process improvement opportunities, and driving corrective actions Experience working cross-functionally and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure process alignment and compliance.
