ESTIMATOR (KALKYLATOR)/ QUANTITY SURVEYOR - 6 MONTH INITIAL CONTRACT - TRANSITION TO PERM - STOCKHOLM DATA CENTER Partnered with a leading Nordic technical services provider in search for an Estimator/ Quantity Surveyor, their business delivers complex installation and engineering solutions across major construction and infrastructure projects, with a growing presence in mission-critical and data centre environments. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates and quantity take-offs for electrical and mechanical systems on large-scale data centre developments. Essential ExperienceExperience measuring electrical and/or mechanical building services packages.Experience interpreting MEP drawings and technical specifications.Understanding of construction methods and installation practices.Strong numerical and analytical skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software.Ability to work independently while managing multiple tender deadlines.
