Finance ManagerAs Finance Manager, you will play a key role in Zaver’s finance team. You will be responsible for ensuring financial excellence across the organization while acting as a strategic partner to leadership. This is an opportunity to take ownership, drive improvements, and help build the financial foundation for our next stage of growth. What You’ll DoOwn day-to-day finance and make it run like clockwork (accounting, reconciliations, AP/AR, and cash flow)Run the monthly, quarterly, and annual close end-to-end and deliver IFRS reporting that leadership and investors trustRegulatory and statutory reporting - periodic and capital-adequacy reporting to Finansinspektionen - and be our trusted face to auditors and the regulatorWork shoulder-to-shoulder with the CFO and Chief Credit Officer - connecting the P&L, the loan book, and capital so growth and risk move in syncBuild the budgets, forecasts, and models that power board decks and funding roundsLevel up finance processes and controls so they scale as fast as Zaver does You will work in close collaboration with amazing people, use new technology and break new ground in the payments space by shipping products far better than anything else in the market. QualificationsDegree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial operationsAdvanced proficiency in Excel and Google SheetsStrong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, regulations, budgeting, and forecastingExperience working in a high-growth company, startup or fintech is an advantageExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detailComfortable operating in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment Let’s challenge legacy solutions together and make some waves within payments ⚡ Zaver is a Swedish fintech-startup founded in 2016.
