Fleet Expansion Manager

As we continue our international growth, we are looking for a Fleet Expansion Manager to take ownership of fleet-related expansion projects across Europe.

You will own the fleet setup for new markets and ensure that vehicles are operationally ready, responsibilities are clear, and timelines and dependencies are managed ahead of launch. You will also build scalable processes for bringing additional vehicles into existing markets as operations grow.

You will work across teams and stakeholders to keep multiple expansion projects moving towards launch.

Key Responsibilities

Own the fleet workstream for new market launches and expansion projectsBuild and maintain clear project plans, timelines, responsibilities and scalable processesCoordinate and delegate work across teams and stakeholders, set clear expectations and follow progress through to completionIdentify dependencies, risks and potential bottlenecks early and drive them towards resolutionPrioritize and adapt plans across several parallel projects as timelines and priorities evolve

Strong ownership and a track record of independently driving projects from planning to completionExcellent prioritization skills and the ability to maintain focus across multiple simultaneous prioritiesSound judgement and the confidence to make well-judged decisions even when information is incompleteThe ability to create clarity and structure in a changing environmentStrong coordination and stakeholder management skills, with a clear focus on follow-throughFluent English

Additional information and application

Salary range for this position is 4500-4800 € monthly.
