Full-Stack Developer – Digital Services

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join a collaborative digital services team working on scalable, partner-enabled services, APIs, reusable service components, and developer platforms.

You will work closely with Solution Architects, Project Managers, Full-Stack Developers, Designers, Product Managers, Business Analysts, and UI/UX specialists. This is a hands-on development role with significant technical ownership and opportunities to influence architecture, engineering practices, and future solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Drive technical development in collaboration with Solution Architects and Project Managers.Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications and services.Build reusable components, service enablers, integrations, and APIs.Work hands-on with TypeScript, Node.js, React.js, and AWS.Develop and maintain cloud-native and serverless solutions on AWS.Contribute to architectural design and technical roadmaps.Work with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably AWS CDK.Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to other developers.Establish and follow coding standards, testing strategies, and engineering best practices.Implement automated testing and performance optimization.Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.Create technical documentation, development guidelines, and reusable patterns.Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and support onboarding of team members.Explore and apply AI-assisted development and other modern engineering practices to improve productivity, quality, and delivery speed.

Required Qualifications

Relevant university degree or equivalent technical background.Several years of experience in complex software development.Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and modern full-stack development.Strong experience with Node.js and React.js.Deep knowledge of AWS, including serverless architectures and cloud-native services.Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably AWS CDK.Experience designing and developing scalable APIs and service integrations.Strong understanding of software architecture, maintainability, scalability, performance, and engineering quality.Experience with automated testing, code reviews, and modern development practices.Ability to take technical ownership and independently drive development activities.Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.Interest in AI-assisted software development and emerging engineering technologies.Fluent spoken and written English.
