Full Stack Engineer

Title: Full Stack Engineer (Python/AWS)Location - EuropeMode - Remote About the Role: We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with strong Python backend skills and AWS cloud experience to join our team building an AI-powered data platform. You will work on secure authentication (OIDC/SAML/SSO), backend APIs, cloud infrastructure, and modern web applications. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain backend services in Python (FastAPI, Starlette, etc.)Implement secure authentication and authorization (OIDC, SAML, JWT, SSO)Integrate with cloud identity providers (Azure AD, Okta, etc.)Strong experience with async Python programming and concurrency patternsExperience with event driven, streaming architectures and messaging services such as SQS, SNS, EventBridge, Redis, Elastic CacheUnderstanding of deployment strategies such as blue green or canary deploymentsBuild and maintain RESTful APIs and microservicesDevelop and maintain frontend applications (React/Next.js or similar)Work with AWS services (EC2, ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC etc.)Automate infrastructure using IaC tools (Terraform)Collaborate with data engineers, cloud engineers, AI app engineering team and product teamsWrite unit and integration tests; ensure code quality and reliabilityTroubleshoot and optimize application performance and securitySet up and manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflowsIntegrate and maintain code quality tools such as SonarQube Requirements: 7+ years experience in Python backend developmentExperience with authentication protocols (OIDC, SAML, JWT, SSO)Hands-on experience with MCP, RAG, and Agentic AI patterns, including practical application in AI-enabled software productsStrong software development lifecycle background, with experience in streaming architectures, production-grade engineering, testing, release management, and operational supportDemonstrated expertise in end-to-end software engineering, from requirements clarification and solution design through development, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvementStrong grounding in clean architecture, SOLID principles, design patterns, and maintainable code practicesAbility to design robust APIs with clear contracts, versioning, backward compatibility, error handling, and secure integration patternsExperience building scalable, resilient services with attention to latency, throughput, concurrency, caching, and fault tolerancePractical understanding of engineering quality gates including peer review, automated regression testing, static analysis, and refactoringProduction ownership mindset, including observability, troubleshooting, incident response, and continuous service improvementKnowledge & experience working in the Agile environmentHands-on AWS cloud experience (compute, networking, IAM, etc.)Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, or similar)Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and DevOps practices – Github workflowsExperience with AWS Cloud & IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)Strong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to learn new technologies quickly, take ownership, and go the extra mile in a fast-moving Agentic AI project environment Preferred: Experience with data platforms, AI/ML integrations, or database queryingKnowledge of other identity providers and Dat EngineeringSnowflake knowledge is an advantage.
