Functional Analyst – MES & Manufacturing Digitalization We are looking for an experienced Functional Analyst to support a large-scale MES and manufacturing digitalization initiative. You will join a Factory IT & Digitalization team working on the final phase of an MES implementation across production lines.The role combines requirements analysis, MES configuration, testing, manufacturing processes, and operational support. Location: Vasteras, SwedenMode of work: OnsiteContract Duration: 6 months + extensions Key ResponsibilitiesReview and work with process and data maps from Production Engineering.Configure and model functionality within the MES platform.Plan, execute, and support system testing.Support production lines and projects in both advisory and operational activities.Collaborate with Production Engineering, IT, and other stakeholders.Support digitalization across automated and manual production environments. Key RequirementsStrong experience with requirements/functional analysis and business systems.Hands-on experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).Good understanding of manufacturing processes and production flows.Experience with Manufacturing IT and digitalization.Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Fluent English. Nice to HaveEngineering degree, ideally with programming exposure.OEE / production performance monitoring experience.Swedish language skills.
