Senior Full Stack Engineer | AI-Native | Remote | $100–120K + Equity If Claude Code/Cursor are already fundamental to how you engineer, you've shipped LLM-powered systems to real users, and you're comfortable owning complex systems across TypeScript, Node.js, React and AWS, read on. I'm hiring multiple Senior Full Stack Engineers for an AI-native startup building autonomous agents used by hundreds of consumer brands. Their Series A is due to close this year, and they're scaling an engineering team deliberately built around highly autonomous, senior ICs. This is a high technical bar. They're not looking for someone who's simply worked with the right stack or added an OpenAI API to a product. You'll be engineering production agentic systems where model behaviour is non-deterministic but the software around it can't be - thinking about evals, guardrails, orchestration, model selection, failure modes, distributed systems, API performance and reliability at enterprise scale. You need to be comfortable taking an ambiguous problem, working out the architecture yourself and owning it through production - across frontend, backend and infrastructure where necessary. AI is also fundamental to how the team engineers. People use Claude Code, Cursor and their own agents across coding, debugging, research and analysis, constantly testing new models and workflows to increase their leverage.
