About The Project
Our Client is a high-growth designer and manufacturer of premium composite motorboats, utilizing a hybrid operating model that pairs Nordic naval architecture and brand leadership with cost-effective, high-volume production.
Following a period of rapid market growth and operational scaling, the business is launching a comprehensive Organisational Transformation Project to modernize its operating structure, improve cross-functional alignment between management and plant-floor operations, and create a scalable foundation for sustained profitability.
The Role
You will act as Senior Business Analyst for the interim CEO, providing structured PMO support across the transformation.
Key Expectations
Set up and maintain a PMO framework: initiative tracking, ownership, milestones, and escalation paths across all transformation workstreams Build and manage weekly and monthly progress reporting for the management team and board Monitor KPIs and flag deviations or risks early Support the interim CEO in day-to-day execution from meeting prep to cross-functional coordination Engage with the CFO, COO, CCO, and CTO to gather updates and maintain an accurate picture of progress across the business

Requirements
Master / MBA students preferable in Finance Excellent analytical and conceptual skills Determined to solve complex problems and have a “let’s do it!” attitude Can exercise independent judgment and act on it, drive conclusions from data are result-oriented, logical, and efficient, with keen attention to detail Can communicate persuasively in English – both orally and in writing Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skill
