Human Resources Business Analyst

Your New RoleWe are looking for an experienced HR Business Analyst to join an ongoing HR system transformation project. In this role, you will help translate business needs and requirements into clear, structured and harmonized HR processes that support both strategic objectives and operational efficiency. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization, contributing throughout the transformation journey — from requirements gathering, process mapping and impact analysis to documentation, testing, rollout and stabilization. A key part of the role is ensuring a clear distinction between business requirements, solution design and technical implementation. You will also support change activities by helping develop new ways of working, user and administrator guides, and processes that enable successful adoption of the new HR solution.
