Implementation Project Manager, Finland (Finnish-speaking)

WasteHero is growing in Finland and needs a project manager who can run municipal software implementations in Finnish, from kick-off to acceptance test, with our Nordic delivery team behind you. What you will do- Lead implementation projects for Finnish municipal waste organisations: scope, plan, migrate data, configure, train and hand over.- Be the customer's daily counterpart in Finnish and the team's voice inside WasteHero.- Run acceptance testing and documentation to public-procurement standards.- Feed customer requirements back into the product roadmap. What we look for- 5+ years of project management in software or public-sector IT delivery; PRINCE2, PMP or Scrum certification (PSM/CSM) preferred.- Finnish at native or C1 level and professional English; Swedish is a plus.- Experience with municipal or utility customers, tenders and acceptance processes.- Calm under deadlines, precise in writing, comfortable presenting to steering groups.
