Solutions Engineer

WasteHero is the operating system for waste collection: customers and agreements, bins and containers, orders and routes, driver app and the invoicing basis in one system – for municipalities, inter-municipal companies and private haulers. Nordic municipalities and haulers have booked more demos with us this autumn than one person can run. You will run them. What you will do• Own the demo calendar for Sweden first, then Denmark and Iceland: two to three live demos a day on Teams for kommuner, kommunala bolag and private haulers, in Swedish and English (Danish or Norwegian a plus).• Set up a sandbox per prospect before the call – their kärltyper, rutter, avgiftsunderlag and förarapp flow – so the demo shows their operation, not ours.• Turn a demo into a scoped pilot or a tender-ready answer: write requirement responses and demo scripts for Swedish and Danish procurements together with our bid manager.• Feed what you hear back to product: which integrations (ekonomisystem, RFID, vägning, sensorer, fastighetsregister) the market asks for. What you bring• 3+ years in presales, solutions engineering or implementation of operational software (waste, logistics, field service, utilities or public sector).• You can explain routing, container logistics and fee models to a renhållningschef and to an IT manager in the same meeting.• Fluent Swedish and English; Danish or Norwegian reading ability.• Comfortable with data: CSV imports, simple SQL or API payloads, mapping a customer's register into ours.• Public-sector rhythm: you know LOU / offentlig upphandling from the vendor side. Why now• A full Swedish demo calendar and Danish demos starting this autumn; Iceland and Greenland next.• A small Nordic team (Aarhus HQ, Oslo, Turku) with the founder still in every deal review.
