IT HR Payroll Business Analyst (Remote, Europe)

About the roleWe are looking for an experienced IT HR Payroll Business Analyst to join our HR IT team on a fixed-term basis. You will be the link between the payroll business and IT. You will help shape and deliver IT solutions and services, act as a Subject Matter Expert in the payroll area, and support day-to-day operations. The role is urgent, so we are looking for someone who can start quickly and work independently. What you will doCarry out business analyses to support decisions on IT solutions, and prepare or assist with the Business Blueprint under supervision.Help install, manage, maintain and optimize internal and cross-functional processes related to IT services.Act as Subject Matter Expert in Payroll, contributing business process, data and technical expertise to ongoing operations.Work with the IT team to estimate effort for solution and service development, change requests and releases.Apply detailed knowledge of payroll business processes to shape and align IT solution building and delivery.Design test cases and support UAT and reporting.Manage integration error handling from an IT perspective.Support major incident and critical situation resolution. What we are looking forMust haveAt least 8 years of experience working with HR Payroll applicationsProven experience with IT service management concepts (ITIL)Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the wider context of business processes and technologiesGood organizational, payroll management, decision-making and negotiation skillsA sense of responsibility for end-to-end delivery, plus independence and disciplineTeam spirit, a collaborative approach and customer focusFluent English, written and spoken Nice to haveExperience with ADP Payroll applications What we offerFully remote work from a European countryA key role in a business-critical payroll areaCollaboration with an international IT and HR team
