Observability Engineer

Role OverviewWe are looking for a Grafana / Observability Engineer with strong hands-on Grafana expertise to support both the core Grafana team and internal development/operations users.Key Responsibilities Provide hands-on support for Grafana setups, configurations and changes.Work with the core Grafana team by executing changes or providing technical guidance/instructions.Support development and operations teams in adopting Grafana.Create and configure Grafana dashboards, alerts and monitoring solutions.Troubleshoot Grafana-related issues and provide user guidance.Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Must-HaveStrong, in-depth Grafana experience.Hands-on experience with Grafana dashboards, alerts and configuration.Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.Strong English communication.EU National – mandatory. Nice to HaveExperience with Dynatrace, Splunk or other observability platforms.Additional languages:French / German – particularly useful in the short term.Italian / Spanish – beneficial longer term.
