OneStream Technical Lead

Who is the company and context?Our client is an international consulting company specializing in finance transformation and performance management. With a broad portfolio of projects across industries and geographies, the company offers international exposure and operates in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment.Due to continued growth in their EPM practice, they are looking to hire a OneStream Technical Lead to support and lead the delivery of high-impact transformation projects for global clients. The role can be base in multiple cities across Europe, apply directly to know more. What will I be doing?As a OneStream Technical Lead, you will play a key role in designing and delivering finance transformation initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:Leading the implementation and optimization of OneStream solutions across a wide client portfolio;Designing and developing business rules, dashboards, and data integrations;Supporting end-to-end transformation projects including financial consolidation, planning, forecasting, budgeting, and ESG reporting;Collaborating with functional and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions;Participating in client workshops and contributing to solution architecture and best practices;Supporting testing phases (UAT) and assisting in troubleshooting and issue resolution during project delivery;Contributing to documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of internal methodologies and best practices; What kind of skills and background will I need to have?You hold a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Finance and/or Information Systems and ideally have at least 2 years of hands-on experience with OneStream.You bring proven experience working on finance transformation projects, including consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, ESG…You have strong technical expertise, particularly in building rules and calculations, as well as coding skills in VB.NET, C#. …You ideally possess a solid understanding of financial processes. You are recognised for your strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, along with excellent communication skills. Fluent English is required for this role.
