OpsRamp Observability Consultant – OpsRamp, Cloud Monitoring, Observability – Hybrid, Luxembourg

A global organisation are seeking an experienced OpsRamp Observability Consultant to support a Private Cloud solution implementation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, deployment, configuration, integration, validation, and operational readiness of OpsRamp to provide comprehensive monitoring and observability across the private cloud environment. This will be an initial 12 months+ contract with further extensions available. This position will be worked on a hybrid basis with part-time on-site presence required in Luxembourg. NATO Security Clearance is required. Key Responsibilities:Define the overall monitoring and observability architecture, including monitoring coverage, service health models, alert thresholds, dashboards, event policies, and operational processes.Deploy and configure OpsRamp platform services, gateways, collectors, and associated monitoring components across the private cloud environment.Design and implement monitoring coverage for network, virtualisation, cloud infrastructure, platform services, backup infrastructure, and other relevant enterprise components.Onboard and configure managed systems and infrastructure components within OpsRamp, validating connectivity, monitoring coverage, and data collection.Configure dashboards, alerts, event policies, thresholds, notifications, and capacity reporting to support proactive monitoring and operational management.Integrate OpsRamp events and alerts with ServiceNow and relevant ITSM and management components.Integrate OpsRamp with Morpheus and other private cloud management and automation components where required.Develop and execute monitoring and observability test cases covering infrastructure health, event generation, alerting, escalation, and ITSM integration.Troubleshoot monitoring, gateway, collector, integration, authentication, event, and alerting issues across the OpsRamp environment. Key Skills Required:Strong hands-on experience with OpsRamp deployment, administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise monitoring and observability solutions.Strong understanding of OpsRamp gateway and collector architecture.Experience onboarding and monitoring network, virtualisation, cloud infrastructure, platform, backup, and other enterprise components.Strong understanding of infrastructure monitoring, service health modelling, event management, alerting, and threshold configuration.Experience designing and configuring operational dashboards, capacity reporting, and observability solutions.Experience configuring event policies, alert rules, notification mechanisms, and event correlation.Strong experience integrating OpsRamp with ServiceNow and enterprise ITSM platforms.Experience with authentication, access management, PKI, and secure platform integrations.Experience integrating OpsRamp with Morpheus and other cloud automation or management platforms.NATO Security Clearance is required.
