About the roleAs an OCM Consultant, you will play a key role in driving large-scale business and technology transformations across the Nordics and beyond. You'll work directly with senior leadership teams, business stakeholders, and project organizations to ensure successful adoption of new ways of working, digital solutions, and organizational change. This is more than a traditional consulting role. You'll join a global community of change professionals, contribute to the evolution of our OCM practice, and collaborate on transformational programs that influence thousands of employees worldwide. Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end Organizational Change Management workstreams in large transformation programsDesign and execute change strategies that drive engagement, adoption, and measurable business outcomesPartner with senior stakeholders, executives, and client leadership teams to influence and guide transformation journeysFacilitate Change Impact Assessments and workshops to identify organizational, process, and technology impactsDevelop compelling communication, learning, and business readiness approaches that support successful change adoptionBuild and nurture change champion networks to accelerate engagement across organizationsAct as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams throughout the transformation lifecycleContribute to the growth of the TCS OCM practice through methodologies, thought leadership, and reusable assets About youYou are passionate about helping organizations successfully navigate change. Qualifications:Experience leading Organizational Change Management activities in large-scale transformation programsBackground in initiatives such as ERP implementations, digital workplace transformations, technology rollouts, or enterprise-wide change programsKnowledge of recognized OCM frameworks such as Prosci and ADKARStrong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across all organizational levelsAbility to work effectively in cross-functional, international, and distributed teamsExcellent PowerPoint and Excel skills with experience creating executive-level deliverablesFluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken) Ready to make an impact?Join a company where innovation, collaboration, and continuous development are part of everyday life!
