Role: Software Engineer (Expert)Location: Helsingborg, SEType: Contract Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesLead and provide technical direction to two engineering squads.Define and drive the technical agenda, ensuring alignment with business and engineering objectives.Guide solution design, architecture, and technical decision-making.Support teams in delivering scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions.Promote engineering best practices across the software development lifecycle.RequirementsDesired Knowledge, Experience, Competencies, and Skills:Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).Experience in Platform Engineering and modern software engineering practices.Knowledge and hands-on experience with agentic development and AI-driven solutions.Proven technical leadership experience across multiple engineering teams.Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
