Platform Engineer (m/f/n) - 888375/1

For one of our valued Clients in Switzerland (CH), a renowned company, we are currently looking for a Platform Engineer (fully remote) in the IT sector (Ref. No. 888375/1). Important: Please note that this is not a generic Platform Engineer role. We are specifically looking for candidates with strong hands-on SAP Signavio Administration experience, including platform operations, access management, governance, incident management, and integrations. Candidates without substantial SAP Signavio expertise are unlikely to be considered. If this matches your background, please find the detailed job description below: Position: Platform EngineerProject Start: ASAPProject Duration: Until 31/12/2026 (with option for extension)Workload: 100%Location: Switzerland (fully remote)Industry: Consumer Goods / Food & BeverageContract Type: Freelancing/ Contracting Tasks: Administer SAP Signavio, including access management, SSO (Azure AD/SAML), and user provisioning.Manage Signavio incidents, service requests, and platform changes following ITIL processes.Support process mining operations, integrations (Celonis/Snowflake), and automation using SQL and Python Your Profile:4+ years of experience in IT operations, platform engineering, application support, or a related fieldStrong hands-on experience with SAP Signavio, ideally within Process Management & Governance (PM&G) and Process Intelligence / Process InsightsExperience administering enterprise SaaS platforms, including user management, access control, and platform governanceGood knowledge of Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), SSO, SAML, and user provisioning processesExperience managing incidents, service requests, changes, and access requests following ITIL best practicesPractical experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM solutionsExperience supporting or administering process mining solutions, ideally including CelonisGood working knowledge of SQL and experience with PythonFamiliarity with Snowflake and modern data integration environmentsAbility to create and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentationITIL v4 Foundation certification and/or SAP Signavio certification is highly desirable
