We are currently looking for an SAP Form Developer (S/4HANA Public Cloud) (m/f/x). Project OverviewThe functional and technical specifications are currently only partially available and remain incomplete.The current SAP environment contains highly complex forms. The objective of the project is to simplify the existing form landscape and reduce overall complexity. At this stage, it cannot yet be conclusively assessed to what extent the existing forms can be simplified. Project Details: Start Date: asapDuration: planned until 01.01.2028.Location: 100% RemoteWorkload: Estimated effort: 60-70 to 130 person-days-->1-1,5 days/week approximatelyLanguage: English, German advantageousRegion: Europe only (outside DACH) Mandatory RequirementsStrong experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, particularly in document and form designKnowledge of the specific characteristics of form and output management in SAP Public Cloud environments compared to on-premise systemsHands-on experience working with SAP standard templates and preconfigured formsSolid understanding of SAP-prescribed methodologies, standards, and best practicesAbility to implement business requirements within SAP standard frameworks and limitationsExperience adapting and optimizing existing forms and business documents based on SAP standardsUnderstanding of a standard-oriented implementation approach without custom greenfield or complete redesign solutionsWillingness and ability to consistently adhere to existing SAP processes and design guidelines Nice-to-Have RequirementsExperience working on projects for German mid-sized companies (Mittelstand)Experience in multi-company and/or multi-tenant environmentsUnderstanding of document and form harmonization across multiple legal entitiesExperience balancing company-specific and location-specific legal requirements while maintaining a standardized document design wherever possibleGood German language skills ResponsibilitiesDesign, development, and further enhancement of the core form design frameworkDesign and optimization of document layouts and output formatsMigration of existing templates into the corporate design standardPlacement of defined datasets at fixed positions within business documentsAnalysis of existing form structuresSimplification and optimization of existing forms and templates Are you interested?
