PMO - German Speaking - ERP Implementation Experience - Fully RemoteWe’re looking for a German-speaking PMO professional to support a large-scale ERP implementation, working closely with project leadership, workstream leads and client stakeholders.Workday experience is strongly preferred, although candidates with solid PMO experience across other major ERP implementations such as SAP, Oracle or similar platforms will also be considered.This is a client-facing position, so we’re looking for someone who is confident attending and supporting meetings in German as well as managing the day-to-day governance and coordination required across a complex implementation.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide PMO support across a major ERP implementation programmeCoordinate project plans, milestones, actions, risks and dependenciesAttend and support client and project meetings, including meetings conducted in GermanPrepare status reports, steering materials and project documentationTrack RAID items and follow up actions with workstream ownersCoordinate across business, functional and technical teamsSupport programme governance, planning and reportingEnsure key project information and documentation remains accurate and up to dateWhat We're Looking ForFluent German and English – essentialStrong PMO / Project Coordination experienceExperience supporting ERP implementation or transformation programmesWorkday implementation experience highly desirableAlternatively, experience with SAP, Oracle or another major enterprise ERP platformStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsComfortable working directly with clients and participating in German-language meetingsExcellent organisation, reporting and project governance skillsKey SkillsGerman | PMO | Workday | ERP Implementation | Project Governance | RAID | Project Coordination | Stakeholder Management | SAP | OracleIf you’re a German-speaking PMO with experience supporting complex ERP implementations, we’d be keen to hear from you.
