About the roleWe are looking for an experienced Presales Lead – SAP Solutions to join our Enterprise Solutions Practice and play a key role in driving business growth across the Nordic market. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned SAP professional who thrives at the intersection of business consulting, solution architecture, and strategic sales. You will lead complex SAP S/4HANA presales engagements, shape transformational proposals for manufacturing clients, and collaborate with global teams to develop compelling business solutions that deliver measurable value. Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA presales and solutioning activities for strategic client opportunities.Own and drive RFP/RFI responses, proposal development, pricing coordination, and bid submissions.Design business-focused SAP S/4HANA solutions aligned with client objectives and industry challenges.Engage directly with clients through workshops, presentations, solution discussions, and executive-level conversations.Act as a trusted advisor to manufacturing organizations on digital transformation, automation, supply chain optimization, and operational excellence.Partner with sales, delivery, finance, legal, and SAP subject matter experts to craft winning proposals.Support new logo acquisition and contribute to portfolio growth initiatives across the Manufacturing vertical.Develop reusable assets, case studies, and best practices to accelerate future pursuits. About youYou are a strategic and commercially minded SAP professional with extensive experience in presales, solutioning, and complex enterprise transformations. You combine strong business acumen with deep SAP expertise and are comfortable engaging with both executive stakeholders and technical teams. You enjoy translating business challenges into compelling solutions, building trusted client relationships, and driving successful outcomes in highly competitive sales environments. Qualifications:8+ years of experience in SAP presales, solutioning, bid management, or consulting roles, with significant focus on SAP S/4HANA.Proven experience independently leading large and complex SAP RFP/RFI responses and proposal processes.Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes and digital transformation initiatives.Expertise in several SAP S/4HANA domains such as Finance (FI/CO), SD, MM, PP, PM, QM, SCM, Procurement, Manufacturing, or Analytics.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
