About the Role: We are recruiting a Product Designer for a global fashion retail enterprise to own customer-facing communication experiences across owned channels. In this position, you will drive discovery, prototyping, and execution for digital communication touchpoints, bridging the gap between lifecycle marketing strategy and product execution. Key Responsibilities: Design and optimize personalized, customer-facing communication journeys across email, push notifications, and owned digital channels.Build scalable UI patterns, components, and design system templates to support personalization, campaign delivery, and brand consistency.Partner with cross-functional CRM, Marketing, Loyalty, Product, and Engineering teams to transform customer insights into communication experiences.Lead discovery, concept prototyping, user validation, and iterative delivery of lifecycle initiatives.Leverage qualitative user insights and quantitative metrics to validate design decisions and measure real-world impact. Requirements: Proven track record as a Mid to Senior Product Designer with deep experience owning workstreams from initial discovery through final delivery.Hands-on experience designing for CRM platforms, lifecycle marketing, email, push notifications, or communication-centric digital services.Advanced proficiency in Figma, design systems, component-based architectures, and modern prototyping tools.Strong understanding of omnichannel user experiences, personalization, and customer journey mapping.Ability to work independently onsite in Stockholm, manage senior stakeholders, and balance customer needs with business objectives.Fluency in both Swedish and English.
