edenity. have partnered up with an exceptional client on a mission to redefine identity for the global economy. Together, we're searching for an outstanding Product Manager to join their growing team and take ownership of the single hardest surface in their product: the moment a business tells you who it is. Verification, onboarding & compliance are notoriously painful for anyone moving money, where it's important to know who your customers are and who are heavily regulated. It's a burning issue, and they've cracked it. Our client sees their company itself as a second product, continually evolving to create a transparent, ambitious culture where people can do their best work. They're backed by world-class investors including CapitalG and Index Ventures, alongside founders and executives from companies such as Stripe, Adyen, Notion, Remote, Qonto, Framer, Anthropic, Mollie, OpenAI, and Goldman Sachs.Growing fast, they're now looking to bring their second product manager on board — taking full ownership of one of four product teams, and the one with the most headroom in the entire company. The team you'd own:This team is the front door. It's how a business tells our client who they are, who owns them, and how to reach their money, and everything downstream in the platform depends on getting that right. It's currently run directly by a founder alongside everything else a founder does, which is exactly why this hire exists. The ceiling here is set by whoever takes it on, not by a roadmap you'd be inheriting. What You'll Be Doing: Own the front door. Take full product ownership of customer-facing data collection: what gets asked, how, and where.Drive conversion through complex journeys. Own onboarding funnels where several people in several roles each supply a piece of a single business's information, and be accountable for the number at the end of it.Redefine where collection happens. Today it's a single redirect page. Tomorrow it could be raw APIs with no front end, or embedded components that collect one piece inside a customer's own logged-in product. This is an open design space.Structure the roadmap. Turn vision, strategy and real-world constraints into a clear, evolving plan, then break complex problems into well-scoped, coherent initiatives.Define goals, metrics and trade-offs. In close collaboration with engineering, design and commercial teams, and with a clear view of what you're optimising and what you're protecting.Balance now against later. Hold short-term delivery and long-term product architecture in the same hand without sacrificing either.Encapsulate features into clear narratives. Why they exist, how they fit together, and what problem they solve. What We're Looking For: 6+ years in product management or product leadership, ideally in complex B2B or platform products.Analytical depth, and metrics you can actually talk about. Expect to take someone from a company goal, to a team goal, to the thing you shipped, to the number it moved — and then be pushed on the details. This is the spike that matters most here. The habit of setting counter-metrics. If you made something faster, you know how you made sure you weren't quietly making it worse.Systems thinker. You see how individual features interact within a larger product ecosystem, and you connect product decisions to business outcomes.Technical enough to be a real sparring partner. You'll be designing APIs, reasoning about embedded components and how they sit inside someone else's front end. An engineering background is welcome but genuinely not required — curiosity to get to the bare metal of a domain matters more.Influential communicator. You document decisions, assumptions and reasoning transparently, and you build alignment across teams.Comfortable with ambiguity. High ambiguity, limited cross-functional scaffolding, not much oversight. You make progress with imperfect information and you don't need an organisation carrying you.Curious and ambitious. You draw inspiration from diverse sources and want to build something with lasting impact. The Culture: People. Our client believes a business becomes the people it hires. Talent density is central to what they do. They have allocated a significant portion of their initial equity pool to attract exceptional talent, and they are relentlessly focused on finding the right people.Culture. They know the best people can work anywhere, but few places enable them to do their best work. Their goal is to be that place, built on real ownership, radical trust, full transparency and moving fast. Fewer layers, more clarity.Ambition. Their ambitions are nothing short of grand. They believe in the magic of progress over perfection. Some parts shine, some still need polish — solving complex problems is a long-term exercise, and they want you to help shape this journey.Ethical by design. They believe the best companies serve more than just shareholders. A significant portion of equity has been allocated to a non-profit foundation, making it one of their largest shareholders. Long-term success, in their view, means optimising returns for all stakeholders — as the business grows, so should its positive impact on the planet and its people.
