Program Manager – Store Tech Uplift Location: Stockholm, Sweden Assignment Period: 26 September 2026 – 22 February 2027 Language: Swedish & English Talent Partner: Rediflex AB Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the Store Tech Uplift initiative. The role will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the programme, focused on modernising and standardising core store technology infrastructure across multiple markets.The Program Manager will work closely with Smart Store, Convenient Check-Out (CCP), Retail Technology, Infrastructure teams and business stakeholders to establish scalable infrastructure capabilities and ensure successful rollout across stores. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn overall programme delivery, scope, timeline, budget and reporting.Lead cross-functional stakeholders across Technology and Business.Develop and maintain an integrated roadmap with Smart Store and CCP.Manage programme risks, dependencies, issues and escalations.Drive business cases, funding and investment planning.Lead rollout and deployment planning and execution across different markets.Ensure adoption of infrastructure standards, architecture/design principles and technology guardrails.Establish effective programme governance and reporting for sponsors and senior leadership.Coordinate technology transformation activities and ensure alignment with business objectives.Ensure infrastructure capabilities are ready to support current and future store technology requirements.Track programme benefits, milestones and target outcomes.Success CriteriaSuccess in this role will be measured by:Successful rollout readiness for Smart Store and CCP.Delivery of agreed store infrastructure capabilities.Adherence to approved budget and timelines.Effective stakeholder and governance management.Creation of a scalable and standardised technology foundation for future store initiatives.
