They specialises in providing Turnkey Data Centre Solutions, providing services from Design, through to Construction across the full range of Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical Services as well as Commissioning. Our client has grown to become the leading and most trusted company in our sector and is the only dedicated Data Centre delivery partner in Europe. DescriptionManage the Co-Ordination of the Civil Work Packages on this Hyperscale Project.Manage a project team of 20+ including, Package Managers, Design Managers, Engineers and site supervisors.Support your team in managing 10+ subcontractors with a combined package value in excess of €100m.Oversee Contractor’s Design Elements of the project, ensuring design is carried out and relevant approvals in place ahead of construction on-site.Ensure processes are followed by sub-contractors carrying out works under your supervision.Management of Site Safety in conjunction with safety personnel (including set-up, management and close out).Management of Site QA in conjunction the Projects team.Management of Project Schedule in conjunction with Planner, Project Managers, Sub-Contractors and Consulting Engineers/Architects to ensure client requirements are adhered to.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civils Engineering or similar preferredAt least 7 years of Civil Engineering industry experience.• Previous experience delivering projects from Concept To Handover.• Experience in Scheduling, Programming, Managing Subcontractors and Sequencing.• Experience in effectively managing teams is essential.• Data centre experience is advantageous but not necessary• Experience in the delivery of large-scale projects is necessary BenefitsWork with a market leader in the Data Centre Construction industryBe part of a forward-thinking team delivering critical infrastructure in a high-growth sectorLong-term career progression opportunities and professional development support.Competitive salary packages Additional Benefits: You will be working on a 3-week rotational basis (17/4 Rotational Roster with flights covered. e.g Monday to Saturday for two weeks & then Monday to Wednesday) with additional benefits covering: all accommodation covered (solo accommodation/own apartment, fully furnished with all utility bills paid inc. Wi-Fi), all flight and travel expenses covered, an additional €250 weekly living allowance (net) paid directly into your bank on top of your salary, a mass of internal progression and opportunity and the ability to visit, see and work in some of the most attractive places across Europe. Ideally you will have EU Passport / EU Eligibility to work in Finland and an excellent grasp of the English language.
