They are currently employing over 750 professionals and counting.They specialise in providing turnkey Data Centre solutions, providing services from Design, through to Construction across the full range of Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Services as well as Commissioning.In Finland. They are the Turnkey General Contractor for the Construction, Fit-Out, Commissioning and Handover of a 48MW Data Centre in Espoo.We are pleased to announce that our client is currently seeking a Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) Package Manager to join their team. This role will look after the Roofing and Cladding Work Packages. RequirementsManage the co-ordination of the Civil and Structural work package. This particular role will look after the Roofing and Cladding package.Management of Site QA in conjunction with the project team.Management of Project Schedule in conjunction with Planner, Project Managers, Sub-Contractors and Consulting Engineer/Architects etc.Management of all day-to-day site operationsManagement of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels. Carrying out weekly meetings with sub-contractor.Ensure all Sub-Contractor Documentation including safety documentation is maintained up to date and filed for future reference.Attendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings and Handover MeetingsLiaise with design team and project coordinator to ensure necessary information (as required by construction team) is prioritised (where necessary) and issued is issued in accordance with construction schedule.Ability to think methodically and possessing strong problem-solving skills to resolve design and development issues.Issue reports to the projects teamHold weekly commercial meetings with the commercial team to ensure all variations are been captured and costs issued to the client.Review drawings and setting out detailsEnsure builders works drawings for services is incorporated as required.Carry out distribute & close out CSA snagsBenefitsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar essentialAt least 7 years of Civil, Structural (CSA) industry experience.Strong background in Managing Roofing and/or Cladding Packages is essential.Ability to maintain an overview of entire projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalitiesExperience in Scheduling, Programming, and Sequencing.Experience in effectively Managing Teams is essential.Experience in the delivery of Large-Scale MEP projectAdditional Benefits: You will be working on a 3-week rotational basis (17/4 Rotational Roster with flights covered. e.g Monday to Saturday for two weeks & then Monday to Wednesday) with additional benefits covering: all accommodation covered (solo accommodation/own apartment, fully furnished with all utility bills paid inc.
