For one of my customer in Finland we are looking for a Contract Lifecycle Management Project Manager.Location: Hyvinkaa, Uusimaa(Hybrid)Duration: 12 monthsDescription: Support clause library and template managementHave capabilities for creating, maintaining, uploading, versioning, splitting, and dynamically generating templates, sections, and clausesSupport contract intake and contract creationUse of self-service creation tools, wizards or chat/AI-prompting, and generate contracts based on predefined rules or clause librarySupport workflow and approval managementSupport storing, management, versioning, and retaining the documentsSupport for contracts, templates, amendments, attachments life cycle management for example notifications or automating repetitive tasksSupport search and retrieval of contracts and related documents (metadata search, full-text search, fuzzy search, and search capabilities across contracts, PDFs and attachments)Support reporting, dashboards, analytics, compliance and obligation reporting, and any integration with BI tools such as Power BISupport negotiation, collaboration, and signature workflowsSupport redlining, document comparison, email integration, external collaboration, e-signature support, amendments, renewals, and termination processes and capabilitiesSupport security, access rights, and user provisioning, SSOSupport mobile access and mobile workflowsSupport automation, AI, audit trail, risk management, security needs and integrationsSupport automated reviews and markup creations, AI-based recommendations, risk profiling, audit trails, publicly available country specific legislation availability, legacy migration, APIs, metadata synchronization, event-based integration capabilities and what integrations are available out-of-box and what might need separate developmentSupport implementation and migration.
