· Job Title: Senior Project Leader/Project manager· Location: Gothenburg, Sweden (2-3 days/week WFO)· Duration: 6 months (B2B) Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Project Leader to drive the planning, coordination, and execution of software release activities. 10+ years of experience in software project and release management, with a proven track record of leading complex release cycles.Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).Strong knowledge of software release management, configuration management, and documentation processes.Excellent planning, organization, and cross-functional coordination skills. Mandatory Skills – Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of software release cycles, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.Own and maintain accurate baseline documentation, ensuring traceability across software versions, configurations, and releases.Coordinate with engineering, quality, and program teams to align on release scope, timelines, and dependencies.Identify and manage release risks, issues, and blockers, driving timely resolution and escalation when needed.Define and continuously improve release processes, governance, and ways of working within the team.Facilitate release readiness reviews, go/no-go decisions, and post-release retrospectives.Track and report release status, milestones, and key metrics to stakeholders and leadership.Ensure compliance with documentation standards, version control practices, and configuration management processes.Mentor and guide junior team members on release and documentation best practices.Experience with version control and configuration management tools.Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
