Quality Manager

The role combines people leadership, quality management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement in a technically complex environment. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a quality team.Drive quality improvement initiatives and support the development of quality processes.Manage complex quality topics and support structured problem solving.Work closely with engineering, operational and customer-facing teams.Support continuous improvement and a strong quality culture across the organisation.Contribute to quality reviews, corrective actions and preventive measures. Your BackgroundWe are looking for someone with:A technical or engineering background.Strong professional experience in quality management within an industrial or technical environment.Previous leadership or team management experience.Good knowledge of structured problem-solving and quality methodologies.The ability to understand technical topics and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.Professional working proficiency in English.
