The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent in a variety of industries.Responsibilities:Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs and help them identify and hire top talentSource and attract candidates using various sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, and professional networksConduct initial screenings, interview candidates, and provide recommendations to clients for hiringManage the full life cycle of the recruitment process, including offer negotiations and onboardingKeep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competitionDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, building a network of professional contacts to support future business growthMeet and exceed targets and KPIs to ensure the success of the businessRequirements:A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldA minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency settingStrong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamResults-driven and highly motivated with a proven track record of success in recruitmentKnowledge of the latest recruitment tools and technologies
