SAP Concur Project Manager

Our client is implementing SAP Concur as a new global platform for Travel & Expense Management. The solution has already been deployed in pilot mode in two countries and is now planned for a phased rollout across additional countries and organizations.The implementation will replace existing legacy platforms and manual processes with a standardized global Travel & Expense solution.We are looking for an experienced Senior Roll-out Project Manager to take overall responsibility for coordinating and driving the rollout across multiple countries and organizations.The RoleAs the Senior Roll-out Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the rollout activities and ensuring successful implementation across the countries and organizations in scope.You will work closely with the Steering Committee, Digital Product Manager, Digital Product Owner, Travel & Expense Product Team, country organizations and external implementation partners.A key focus of the role will be stakeholder management, as Travel & Expense processes involve multiple business functions, including HR, Finance, Accounting, Tax and Payments.You will ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle, coordinate requirements, facilitate decision-making and proactively address risks, issues and project obstacles.Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Roll-out ManagementTake overall responsibility for coordinating the global SAP Concur rollout.Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and dependencies.Plan and coordinate project resources together with the Digital Product Manager and Product Owner.Coordinate country onboarding and implementation activities.Ensure project deliverables and milestones are achieved according to agreed timelines.Stakeholder ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders.Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.Coordinate stakeholders across HR, Finance, Accounting, Tax and Payment functions.Organize and facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings.Ensure stakeholder requirements and concerns are addressed effectively.Governance & ReportingPlan, prepare and organize Steering Committee meetings.Provide clear and concise project status reports.Prepare decision materials, recommendations and escalation topics.Identify project obstacles and propose appropriate solutions and actions.Support effective project governance and decision-making.Risk & Issue ManagementIdentify, assess and manage project risks.Define and implement risk mitigation actions.Manage project issues, dependencies and escalations.Proactively identify potential delivery obstacles.Drive issues through to resolution in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.Requirements & DeliveryOrganize and support requirements-gathering sessions.Ensure business requirements are clearly captured and understood.Coordinate requirements between country organizations, product teams and external suppliers.Ensure project and delivery quality throughout the project lifecycle.Monitor progress against scope, timelines and agreed deliverables.Cost ManagementSupport project budget planning and cost follow-up.Monitor project costs and identify potential deviations.Support financial reporting and escalation where required.Onboarding, Training & Change ManagementSupport countries throughout the onboarding and implementation process.Coordinate training and change-management activities.Ensure countries are prepared for implementation and transition.Support adoption of the new solution and transition from legacy platforms and manual processes.Required Experience8+ years of proven experience as a Senior Project Manager.Proven experience leading large-scale rollouts or transformation projects.Experience managing projects across multiple countries, organizations or business units.Strong stakeholder management experience, including senior stakeholders.Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and product-oriented organizations.Proven experience managing project planning, resources, risks, issues, dependencies and costs.Experience working with external suppliers, vendors or implementation partners.Strong experience in requirements gathering and business process alignment.Experience with project governance and Steering Committee reporting.Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.Preferred ExperienceSAP Concur implementation or rollout experience is a strong advantage.Experience with Travel & Expense management solutions.Experience leading SaaS implementations.Experience managing projects within the HR domain.Experience with Finance, Accounting, Tax or Payment-related processes.Experience with global enterprise transformation
