SAP S/4HANA O2C Business Architect

Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA O2C Business Architect to lead and safeguard the Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Order-to-Delivery (O2D) processes within a large-scale transformation program.The role is part of the End-to-End Architecture team, working across multiple business units including Trucks, Buses, and Power Solutions, ensuring alignment with Finance, Procurement, and Plan & Fulfill processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent and drive the O2C process within the program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target architectureCollaborate with cross-functional streams and Service Integrators to ensure seamless end-to-end process integrationEnsure external sales processes are aligned with intercompany and intracompany requirementsSupport Business Process Owners in defining governance, documentation, and global process templatesGuide solution design decisions toward scalable, standardized, and industry best practicesIdentify, assess, and escalate business impacts when transitioning from current to standard processesContribute to the development of end-to-end processes across multiple business domains

Required QualificationsMinimum 8+ years of experience in Business Architecture with strong focus on SAP S/4HANA O2CProven experience in Order-to-Delivery processes within a manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of sales, delivery (including export), and invoicing processesExperience working in complex, global transformation programsHands-on experience with process documentation and BPMN tools (ARIS preferred)Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams
