About the roleWe are looking for an experienced SAP Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of large-scale S/4HANA greenfield implementation programs. In this strategic role, you will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, SAP-compliant solutions while ensuring adherence to clean core principles. You will play a critical role in shaping the overall architecture, governance, and solution roadmap for complex transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead the overall SAP S/4HANA solution orchestration across functional workstreams including Order to cash (SD), Plan to Procure (MM), Record to report (FICO) and other relevant areas.Ensure end-to-end business process alignment across multiple SAP workstreams and identify dependencies between functional areas.Coordinate and drive resolution of cross-workstream design topics, dependencies, gaps and open decisions.Facilitate cross-functional Deign/solution workshops and ensure alignment between Workstream Leads, Business Process Owners and technical teams.Review and validate end-to-end business processes spanning multiple SAP modules and ensure that individual workstream solutions operate as an integrated solution.Assess cross-workstream impacts of design decisions and drive timely resolution of issues affecting multiple functional areas.Maintain overall solution alignment across the program and ensure consistency with agreed business processes, SAP best practices and program objectives.Drive closure of critical cross-workstream open topics, design decisions and dependencies, with clear ownership and accountability.Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, cutover and go-live activities from an end-to-end solution perspective.Work closely with the Program Management, Workstream Leads and client stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of solution-related issues. Experience / Skills Required: 12+ years of SAP consulting experience with strong experience in SAP S/4HANA.Minimum 2–3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, preferably Greenfield implementations.Strong working knowledge across multiple SAP functional areas including SD, MM, PP, FI and CO and their integration within S/4HANA.Strong experience in end-to-end business process design and cross-workstream integration.Proven experience in identifying, managing and resolving cross-functional dependencies and solution/design issues.Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Best Practice process flows and integration between functional modules.Experience with solution governance, design reviews, fit-to-standard/fit-gap workshops and cross-workstream decision-making.Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery.Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, communication and problem-solving skills.Experience in testing, defect resolution, cutover and go-live management. Good to Have Experience in Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical industry and understanding of GxP/validated environments.Experience in large-scale global or multi-country SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.SAP S/4HANA certification.Experience in SAP Cloud ALM and integrated testing management.Experience working with third-party applications and external vendors.Strong experience in leading cross-functional solution governance in complex transformation programs.
