Scrum Lead / Agile Project Lead

We are hiring 2 Scrum Leads / Agile Project Leads to drive agile delivery and act as the core operational liaison between SAP stakeholders and the dedicated delivery team. In this role, you will facilitate all agile ceremonies, manage multi-workstream dependencies (Dev, QA, DevOps, Design), track project KPIs/SLAs, and oversee technical onboarding and knowledge-transfer governance. Key ResponsibilitiesStakeholder & Partner Liaison: Serve as the day-to-day point of contact between SAP leadership and delivery partners, managing dependencies, transparent status reporting, and early risk escalation.Agile Ceremony Leadership: Facilitate end-to-end Scrum execution—sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement/grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Governance & SLA Tracking: Own program governance meetings (agendas, pre-reads, timely MoMs, and action items), track delivery SLA/KPI adherence, and publish regular status/compliance dashboards.Onboarding & Knowledge Transfer: Coordinate the transition and onboarding lifecycle (training schedules, shadowing/reverse-shadowing phases, and exit-criteria milestones).Continuous Improvement: Identify delivery bottlenecks, conduct root-cause analyses, and implement structured Service Improvement Plans (SIPs). Required Qualifications & Experience3–6+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Lead, or Technical Project Manager in customer-facing IT delivery environments.Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent Agile credential).Proven track record leading distributed, multi-disciplinary teams (Developers, SETs, DevOps Engineers, UX/UI Designers) across time zones.Familiarity with software delivery toolchains and frameworks: JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, Jenkins, and general testing workflows (qTest, Karate, Selenium).Excellent English communication, meeting facilitation, and executive reporting skills.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field. Nice-to-HavePrior exposure to SAP SDLC, SAP Business Network, or enterprise SAP product development standards.Experience managing delivery governance within managed-capacity or vendor-partner contracts governed by strict SLAs/KPIs.Background in Aerospace & Defense or highly regulated enterprise environments.
