Scrum MasterLocation: Remote (Europe)Day Rate: €300Duration: 3 to 6 months + extensions Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and delivery-oriented Scrum Master to join an internationalInsurance transformation program. The ideal candidate will go beyond the traditional facilitation role, acting as a key enabler for Agiledelivery, team collaboration, and stakeholder alignment. This person will support Agile teams in delivering business value while fostering continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability across the organisation. Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensuring Agile practices are effectively adopted.Promote Agile principles, continuous improvement, and team accountability.Identify and remove delivery impediments and escalate blockers where required.Support Product Owners with backlog refinement, sprint planning, and prioritisation.Foster collaboration between Business stakeholders, Product Owners, and Development teams.Monitor sprint progress, team performance, and delivery against agreed objectives.Track risks, dependencies, and delivery issues throughout the project lifecycle.Support release planning and delivery coordination.Drive transparency, effective communication, and continuous feedback across teams.Encourage a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement. Essential Skills & Experience5+ years' experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, Agile Coach, or similar role.Proven experience delivering projects within Agile environments.Experience supporting cross-functional teams delivering IT initiatives.Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile delivery methodologies.Experience working with both Business and IT stakeholders.Previous experience working within international and multicultural environments.Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience managing risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and other Agile collaboration tools.Strong organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Desirable SkillsExperience within the insurance sector.Exposure to large-scale digital transformation programmes.Experience working with distributed or global delivery teams.Experience supporting Product Owners and Business Analysts.Knowledge of Document Management or Input Management initiatives.German language skills.Personal AttributesProactive and hands-on approach.Strong sense of ownership and accountability.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to challenge constructively and drive positive change.Delivery-focused with a strong customer and business value mindset.Collaborative team player with excellent organisational skills.
