Job Title: Senior AI EngineerStart Date: ASAPDuration: Initial 3 months contractLocation: RemoteAllocation: 100% full timeProject: Scalable AI-powered solutions About the RoleWe're looking for an automation engineer to build reusable AI-powered solutions that scale across the organization. You'll design prompt pipelines, integrate AI into existing workflows, and create maintainable assets that business teams can deploy independently. This is applied engineering, not conversational AI—using Claude, ChatGPT, and integration tools to solve concrete operational problems. What You'll Do:Build AI Automation Pipelines: Design and implement prompt chains, multi-step workflows, and decision logic using LLMs as a core component.API & Integration Engineering: Connect AI solutions to existing systems (APIs, databases, business tools) to create end-to-end automation workflows.Low-Code & No-Code Tooling: Build solutions using platforms like Make, Zapier, or similar, combined with LLM APIs for flexible, maintainable automation.MCP Implementation: Set up and configure Model Context Protocol connections to extend AI agent capabilities safely and reliably.Reusable Assets: Create templates, prompt libraries, and documented patterns that business teams can configure and deploy without engineering support.Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Document workflows, best practices, and troubleshooting guides so solutions remain maintainable and transferable. What We're Looking ForIntegration & Automation Experience: Hands-on background building workflows with APIs, webhooks, or low-code platforms.Applied AI Knowledge: Solid understanding of LLM capabilities, limitations, prompt engineering fundamentals, and how to structure multi-step AI workflows.Engineering Mindset: Focus on reliability, reusability, and maintainability; comfortable working with version control and documentation.Problem-Solving: Ability to break down business processes and identify where AI automation adds real value.Communication: Clear explanations of technical architecture to non-technical stakeholders. Nice to HaveExperience with prompt engineering frameworks or tools (LangChain, LangSmith).Background with Python or JavaScript for light scripting within automation workflows.Familiarity with AI governance, content moderation, or safety considerations.Experience building AI-driven chatbots or assistants for customer-facing use cases.
