Job Title: GIS Data & Analytics Officer / GIS SpecialistStart Date: ASAPDuration: 24 MonthsLocation: RemoteAllocation: 100.0%Project: GIS Infrastructure & Maintenance About the RoleIntegrate into the T&I team that is in charge of maintaining and advancing the organisation's GIS software suite. Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister Esri-based servers: ArcGIS Enterprise (version 11.5) in a Windows environment, SDE databases on MS SQL Server, Survey123 website, and ArcGIS Monitor.Perform common maintenance tasks, including patch installations and certificate renewals.Monitor server resources and investigate performance issues, such as server load and REST services optimization.Administer FME Flow software: publish workspaces, debug workspace failures, and organize/optimize scheduled workspaces.Work with Azure DevOps, managing code repositories (Git) and deployment pipelines.Deploy and maintain containerized applications on OpenShift.Provide end-user technical support for ArcGIS Pro (basic to advanced use-cases), Survey123, Portal for ArcGIS components (Maps, Layers, Experience Builder), and Q-GIS.Administer and maintain additional products, including GeoServer and Tileserver-gl.Maintain and improve technical documentation.Oversee GIS tools evolution, conducting technology watches and providing proactive advice on tool selection for GIS users.
