Keep the testing pipeline moving.Senior-Level | DTC Supplements | Paid Social | Remote Job SnapshotWe’re hiring a Senior Creative Strategist to own the pipeline of new paid social concepts for a growing DTC joint health supplement brand.Your role is to turn customer insights, performance data, competitor research, and emerging trends into fresh concepts that are ready to brief, produce, and test.Target Output: 10–15 genuinely new, testable concepts per weekCompensation: $5,000/month + performance bonusBonus: 3% of ad spend on winning conceptsManagement Contact: Approximately 1 hour per dayYour goal is to increase creative testing volume while maintaining first-purchase profitability. You’ll set creative direction, make independent decisions, and help junior strategists improve their output.About the CompanyWe’re a growing DTC joint health supplement brand serving customers experiencing joint pain and people who want to stay active.Our primary audience is 40+, so successful creative requires a strong understanding of customer pain points, desires, objections, buying triggers, and language.The brand already has media buying and production capabilities. The current constraint is a consistent supply of fresh, insight-led creative concepts.This role is responsible for building that pipeline.Key ResponsibilitiesConcept Development: Create 10–15 new paid social concepts and hooks every week, tailored to the supplement market and target audience.Creative Briefs: Write clear, actionable briefs, scripts, and storyboards for editors, designers, and creators.Performance Analysis: Identify winning hooks, angles, and formats, then decide what to iterate, scale, or discontinue.Research: Analyze customer insights, competitor ads, market trends, and emerging opportunities to find fresh angles.Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with media buyers and production teams to move concepts from research to testing.Team Development: Train and guide junior creative strategists so they can independently produce production-ready concepts and briefs.You own both the quality of the concepts and the consistency of the pipeline.What Success Looks LikeDeliver 10–15 genuinely new concepts every week.Increase monthly net-new concept volume.Maintain first-purchase profitability as testing volume grows.Identify and scale winning concepts consistently.Deliver briefs that production teams can execute with minimal rework.Keep media buyers supplied with fresh concepts to test.Help junior strategists produce usable briefs independently.Maintain a steady workflow without daily senior management intervention.The goal is not simply to produce more ads.
