Summary: •We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer with 10+ years of experience in architecting, developing, and operating enterprise-scale data platforms.•This role combines technical leadership, solution design, hands-on engineering, and operational ownership.•The ideal candidate will lead the delivery of modern data solutions while ensuring platform reliability, supportability, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:Solution Architecture & Engineering LeadershipLead the design and implementation of scalable data platform solutions using Snowflake, DBT, SQL, and Python.Architect enterprise-wide data pipelines, data warehouses, and transformation frameworks.Establish standards for Data Vault and dimensional modeling implementations.Drive CI/CD adoption, automation, and engineering best practices.Lead complex system and application integrations.Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define data strategies and roadmaps.Data Operations & ReliabilityOwn end-to-end operational health of the data platform.Lead incident triage, troubleshooting, and resolution activities.Define monitoring, alerting, and operational support frameworks.Drive root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions.Establish support processes, SLAs, runbooks, and escalation procedures.Ensure reliability and availability of critical data assets.Governance, Security & QualityDefine and implement enterprise data governance standards.Drive data quality, observability, and compliance initiatives.Ensure adherence to security and audit requirements.Leadership & MentoringMentor Data Engineers and provide technical guidance.Review solution designs and implementation approaches.Lead architecture discussions and technical reviews.Promote a culture of ownership, innovation, and operational excellence.
