Senior Legal Counsel

Im looking for a Senior Legal Counsel with strong B2B iGaming experience to join the Legal Team in an exceptionally well-established iGaming business.This is a hands-on role suited to someone commercially minded, confident working independently, and comfortable managing legal matters across multiple jurisdictions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage legal and regulatory due diligence across licensed markets.Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.Advise on corporate governance and legal risk.Partner with Compliance, Product, and Commercial teams.Monitor regulatory developments and advise on their impact.Provide day-to-day legal support across the business.Requirements3+ years B2B iGaming experienceLLB, LLM, or equivalent3+ years PQEExperience working across multiple jurisdictions.Strong commercial contracts and negotiation experience.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Commercial, proactive, and highly organised approach.BenefitsCompetitive salary & quarterly bonusUnlimited annual leave and sick leavePrivate medical insuranceCompany events This is a fully REMOTE role.
