Senior Project ManagerLocation - Södertälje, Sweden (Hybrid - 3days/week onsite)B2B / Freelancing Contract About the Assignment - We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager consultant to lead Project, a strategic HR capability transformation.Phoenix aims to globalize and streamline HR capabilities and processes, transition towards strategic global solutions and decommission existing systems while ensuring continuity of critical HR services.The Senior Project Manager will lead multiple interconnected workstreams, align business and technology, manage dependencies and constructively challenge plans and outputs to ensure delivery quality, pace and productivity.

Required Experience - · Significant experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs.· Experience from at least two comparable transformations involving enterprise system implementation, migration and/or decommissioning at scale.· Strong background in both project and program management, including leadership across multiple workstreams.· Experience with process standardization, globalization or capability transformation in a complex organisation.· Experience developing and evaluating business cases and translating business needs into clear scope, priorities and decisions.· Strong experience in developing and leading change management and communication strategies within large-scale transformation programs.· Experience with HR systems, particularly HRIS, and a good understanding of HR processes, payroll, data and integrations.· Experience in change management, including stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, adoption and transition.· Sufficient technical understanding to engage with and constructively challenge architects and specialists.· Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct line-management authority, with an empathetic leadership style that combines structure, accountability and culture.· Ability to quickly understand complex environments, get up to speed and create clarity and momentum.Preferred ExperienceExperience with global HR transformation, SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR platforms, payroll and time management, complex integrations, legacy-system decommissioning and large international
