A leading organisation with a background in renewable energy, with an appetite for further expansion are developing and optimising the market in power systems and executing industry leading HVDC turnkey projects. The Role:As EPC Senior Project Manager some duties would include:· Lead the HVDC Project department through EPC phases· Overseeing a HVDC Megaproject with a value of £1bln from end-to-end· Leadership of 10+ direct reports· Planning and coordinate internal and external stakeholders· Contractual and Technical negotiations· Progression to HVDC Director within 3 years The Person:As the HVDC Senior Project Manager you will likely have:· Masters in Electrical Engineering qualified· 5+ years professional experience in HVDC projects· Extensive Project Management, stakeholder management and organisation skills· Speaks English The progression opportunities for this role are real and successful candidates will be realistically achieving Project Director position within 3 years.
