Senior SAP Consultant

Role Overview:We are seeking a Senior SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant / Lead to lead Finance & Controlling workstreams across SAP implementation, conversion, and rollout programs. The role requires strong SAP S/4HANA Finance expertise, business process knowledge, integration skills, and the ability to lead workshops, delivery teams, testing, migration, and go-live activities. Key Responsibilities:Lead SAP S/4HANA FICO workstreams across implementation, conversion, and rollout projects.Conduct business workshops, fit-gap / fit-to-standard analysis, and process design sessions.Lead SAP FICO configuration, testing, defect resolution, UAT, and deployment activities.Provide expertise across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, and financial closing.Ensure compliance with IFRS, statutory reporting, tax, and internal control requirements.Manage integration with MM, SD, PP, EWM, Procurement, Treasury, and third-party applications.Support data migration, reconciliation, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.Work with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional SAP teams.Mentor junior consultants and provide functional leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Required Skills & Experience:8+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience.Minimum 2–3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP FI/CO and S/4HANA Finance.Expertise in GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, and financial reporting.Strong understanding of SAP FICO Best Practice processes.Good knowledge of IFRS, tax, statutory reporting, and financial controls.Strong SAP integration experience with MM, SD, PP, EWM, Treasury, and third-party systems.Experience with SAP Activate, Agile delivery, testing, data migration, and cutover management.Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, communication, and leadership skills.
